Following the incredible success of the Balvenie Tun 1401, it’s successor Tun 1509. The first batch was released in autumn 2014 and has been released annually ever since. A mix of traditional American Oak barrels and European Oak sherry butts of differing ages, then married and left to mature in Tun 1509 before being bottled. This is Batch 2 of Tun 1509.
