Released in 2009, the 18 year old Alardyce was an instant favourite amongst whisky drinkers. It’s thought that due to a shortage of 18 year old stock in the warehouses of the distillery, that earlier bottles of Alardyce actually contained whisky that was older than it’s stated age...This is a 2012 release.
