George Urquhart pioneered the Connoisseur's Choice range in the late 1960’s, selecting casks from from distilleries all over Scotland. This range became somewhat of a watershed moment in the whisky world at the time, seeing other bottlers recreating this idea with their own ranges over the decades. Distilled in 1964 by the Highland distillery then bottled in the 1980's.
