Ardbeg Serendipity 12 Years Old

Bottle Description

The story of Serendipity is a really interesting one, In the blending hall in Broxburn an operative accidentally dumped a large volume of younger Glen Moray into a much larger volume of older Ardbeg. This mistake ended up making a very good and popular blended malt whisky which was aptly named Serendipity which means the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way. Although the youngest Glen Moray was 12 years old It's thought the larger amount of Ardbeg was significantly older in age.
