Bottle Description

The 17 year old limited expressions were first introduced in 2001 with the arrival of the Islay Cask which, as the name suggests was finished for a 6 month period in Casks that had previously held whisky from Islay. There were seven of these limited expressions introduced over time, each one matured or finished using different Cask types.

Released in 2007, this aptly named expression was matured in first-fill Oloroso Cask types. The SherryOak in particular was met with great acclaim amongst enthusiasts and remains the most sought after expression from those limited releases.
